Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping typically takes 7-12 business days after processing, depending on your location and other factors. Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days from the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, please contact our customer support team promptly at realitya6065@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at realitya6065@gmail.com. After 24 hours, orders may have already been processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Fees
